Some days you wake up with challenges that you know will strain you to your vary bones. Some of these challenges stress us so much we can’t sleep at night.
In preparation for this challenge, I realize that I have a major problem. It is one that most people would kill to have!
I’m not eating enough! Adding up what I eat during the day, yielded a mear 750 calories. My night meal is probably 800 on average.
My goal is 2200 calories. I’m over 500 short!
I need to work tonight on ways to step it up a notch.
Oddly enough, the issues with not eating enough are staring me right in the face…
Lack of energy,
no gain in on the weights,
etc.
I should have known, but like most guys trying to lose weight, I just ignored the problem since the scale was moving in the right direction.
No more, today, I make a pledge to eat more!
